Anne Lock2024-05-20Thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay at Pebbles House , Seaton. It was really close to the beach , and plenty of good places to eat . Peter and Julie were very friendly and welcoming, and full of helpful suggestions of places to visit and to eat out. The room was really comfortable, very clean , with plenty of tea , coffee and bottles of water. The seafront location is perfect, the B&B is incredibly well appointed and decorated with so much love and care it feels like a comfortable home you want to return to. Peter and Julie are most welcoming and really friendly and helpful while providing outstanding service. We enjoyed our breakfast choices and loved our little morning feasts! There is also a little fridge at guests' disposal - very useful! We also had to do a bit of remote work and the internet connection was strong and consistently reliable, which is always a relief! I was really happy to be able to successfully combine work with pleasure while staying at Pebbles B&B. The B&B provides lots of useful information about the town and the entire area so you will be well informed about anything you might want to visit or explore during your stay. Even though the B&B has a prime seafront location, it was fairly quiet at night and the bed was great so we slept really well. The bathroom was pristine and the shower and toiletries great. Rebecca Moore2024-08-28Best place in Seaton to stay! Oh my word, this is my second time staying with Peter and Julie.. I honestly feel like they are friends. I was so impressed and made to feel so welcome when we went in June that I took my daughter back this time for 3 nights. My daughter (24yrs old!!!) laid down on the bed and announced she was not going home as she'd never slept on such a comfortable bed!! As it was the first time round everything was pristine, and it really does feel like home from home, it's all part of making you feel so relaxed when you're away and this did exactly that. As long as Pete and Julie are running Pebbles house we will continue to stay there, there's no need to book anywhere else. :) See in you in November!Verified

The mattress! I had the best 3 nights sleep I’ve had in a long time. The attention to detail in the room was amazing 😊 We’ve been coming to Seaton for many years and always admired Pebbles but never stayed until booking.com made an error with a previous booking we had so I decided to bite the bullet and go with Pebbles! Green74peace2024-03-27Homely & practical touches made the stay a home from home experience The room was clean, well maintained and had good wi-fi. The location was central. The hosts have got the balance right in every sense, from being there when you need them to giving you privacy. Little things like drinking water, provided in glass bottles (ticks the environmental factor for me) and a good assortment of towels along with flannels are great! The bed was really comfy and touch lighting next to the bed, improved the stay. The bathroom was immaculate, all working in tip top condition. Most importantly I slept well. There was none of that, people walking up and down corridors, banging doors throughout the night, that you get in hotels and as a solo female traveller, I felt safe. All in all it was the perfect stay, thank you so much!!!Verified
BSAgoldenflash2022-09-27Fantastic place,and location,will be returning What a gem of a find,we had a fantastic five day stay in early september.Every thing had that nice family run guest house warm feel,that me and my wife like,the bed had a very good quality mattress,we didnt want to get up in the mornings .The continental breakfast had plenty of choice,every thing you needed and more.We feel we have made two new friends in Peter and Julie,they are what the hospitality is all about.We will be booking up for next year.Thank you for a brilliant breakVerified

Ideally situated just a stones throw from the sea front. Breakfast was continental and delivered to the room. Due to covid restriction the room wasn’t serviced during our stay but this want a problem. I’m sure if we needed anything it wouldn’t have been a problem. The host, Peter & Julie were friendly and helpful. We really couldn’t have asked for anything more and would recommend staying here.Verified
Jay2021-07-18Excellent BB Have just returned from a lovely break at Seaton and Pebbles B&B. It is perfectly situated just around the corner from shops, restaurants and across the road from the beach Our room was immaculate with lots of clothes space and we had our own beautiful private bathroom. The hosts Peter and Julie could not do enough to accommodate any requests we had, including milk, breakfast requests etc. They even provided breakfast for us on our last day even though we were leaving early. Maureen C2021-07-08Fabulous stay Second time we stayed with Julie and Peter, the perfect host and hostess. A wonderful, warm welcome, makes you feel like you are visiting friends. The room is beautifully decorated, sparkling clean and with a sea view. Although they could only give a cold breakfast the selection is full and varied. If you want a really comfortable stay choose Pebbles, you won't regret it. It is 4 star all the way, nothing is too much trouble.
