We do NOT have any Ground Floor Rooms. The Upper floors are accessible by Stairs Only.

7 days or less before arrival will be a charge of the first night stay. 3 nights or less before arrival, full payment will be taken.

Check in closes strictly at 21.00 hrs. Later Check in by arrangement at £20.00 per hour.

Check in is from 16.00 hrs. Earlier check in by arrangement at £20.00 per hour.

A pre authorised amount of £50.00 is required from your Credit/ Debit Card at the time of booking. The amount of £50.00 will be released after check out if no damage has occurred. Lost Keys will incur a £30.00 charge. 

We want all our guests to have a relaxed and enjoyable stay at Pebbles House and with that in mind, we reserve the right to refuse entry to any guest who behaves in an inappropriate manner. This extends to a guest or guests being under the influence of drugs and / or alcohol, abusive behaviour towards our staff or other guests, aggression, or unacceptable dress and noise disturbance. For the safety of all those staying with us we may ask guests behaving in this manner to leave the guest house. Should we eject a guest on these grounds refunds will not be given.

Pebbles House is not liable for the loss or damage of any guest property during their stay or caused by the misconduct or negligence of a guest or an Act of God, the establishment is not responsible for guest belongings, liable or responsible for any damage to guest vehicles whilst staying with us.

We allow only assistance dogs at Pebbles House.

Our official website is the only booking platform where best rates are guaranteed. Pebbles House is not accessible for disabled persons. We do not have ground floor rooms. Guests are not permitted to have friends or relatives visit in the guests rooms due to insurance regulations.

In order for all guests to be able to enjoy their surrounds we impose a strict no smoking policy in the interior of Pebbles House (including the use of E cigarettes). Smoking is only allowed in the front garden area.

Any guests found to have been smoking in their rooms will have a £100.00 fine applied to their payment card to cover the costs of fumigating the room and their booking will be terminated forthwith without any refund of monies paid.
